Managing high-risk situations takes more than just awareness and policies which prohibit them. Employees and managers must be able to recognize and contain situations before they escalate into violent events.

• This program is an UPDATED version of the program entitled "Preventing Violence in the Workplace".
• Five realistic scenarios are rolled out with a chance to pause the program and have the viewers discuss the appropriate resolutions, as well as any preventive actions that could have been taken...and then solutions to the vignettes are presented.
• Addresses some potential root causes of violent behavior, such as: termination, paranoia, estranged spouse / stalking, disciplinary action and sabotage.
